The senior litigation member, Howard S. Kass, will also be available when necessary to handle specific claims. Mr. Kass has been involved in personal injury defense litigation since 1963 and is a veteran of every type of complex defense litigation. Previously set forth names of carriers and clients for whom he has tried cases and the nature of matters referred to him indicate the confidences reposed in him. He is an active member of the New York State, Nassau County and Brooklyn Bar Associations, as well as a member of various committees of the State and Nassau County Bar Associations, including the Insurance Law and Unethical Practice Committees. Mr. Kass is an arbitrator and a mediator for the American Arbitration Association, as well as a member of the American Arbitration Association Advisory Committee on Uninsured Motorists.
